I think you would have gotten along very well with my late brother - he was an accomplished photographer and whenever he had the time, he would make day-trips in various places in the province of Québec and take loads of pictures (he favored black & white and had his own dark room). Personally, I prefer the summer but not when it's too hot or too humid. I love looking at the snow when it falls but not being stuck walking in it. And I don't like being cold... and here, where I live, we often have pretty cold weather during the winter (more often than not, in January).
