One grumpy gargoyle. One sunshine half-elf. And one epic clash that will go down in Moonshine Hollow history.

Half-elf Primrose Windsong is a walking ray of sunshine who's never met a celebration she couldn't make sparkle. As Moonshine Hollow's most beloved party planner, she specializes in turning ordinary events into magical memories. When the village elders hire her to plan the library's 111th birthday bash, she's ready to pull out all the stops: enchanted cupcakes, ethereal decorations, and flower-scented fireworks that'll light up the night.

There's just one massive problem. The library's intimidatingly gorgeous—and incredibly grumpy—gargoyle guardian is having none of it.

Erasmus has spent decades protecting the ancient tomes and mischievous bookwyrms of Moonshine Hollow's magical library. The brooding gargoyle prefers his books properly bound, his silence undisturbed, and his temperamental magical tomes safely contained. Primrose's glittery plans? Absolutely not happening.

But when every argument between them ends with flushed cheeks and sizzling glances, maybe there’s more to this crackling tension than meets the eye.

Will love bloom among the ancient scrolls, or will the library's magical hijinks spell chaos for them both?

Must Love Libraries and Libations is book 2 in the enchanting cozy fantasy Moonshine Hollow series, but each novel in the series can be read as a stand-alone.

Perfect for lovers of steamy fantasy rom-com, romantasy, and cozy fantasy romance with a dash of spice! Fans of Heather Fawcett, J Penner, and Tee Harlowe will devour this super cozy but very passionate tale.

Scare Thee Well (Laurel Haven Witches Book 2) by ReGina Welling + giveaway

Meet Tansy Shackleton.
She's just the witch to finish what her ancestors started.

Scare Thee Well (Laurel Haven Witches Book 2)

by ReGina Welling
Genre: Paranormal Women’s Fiction
Three hundred years ago, one witch had to live with her mistakes. Today, another might have to die for them.

Tansy Shackleton has spent her entire life carrying the guilt of her family's legacy. If not for her ancestor's mistake, good witches might not be trapped in the coastal town of Laurel Haven, Maine. But no matter how hard she tries to make amends, she can't stop seeing the stain on her soul. Not even at the cost of her marriage.

Connor Shackleton has tried everything he can think of to get his wife to see that she's not to blame for the unwitting actions of a long-dead witch. At his wit's end and unable to watch Tansy work herself into the ground for something that wasn't even her fault, he proposes they take a break for a few days, just to get some perspective.

He should have known Tansy would martyr both their happiness on the alter of guilt, but he didn't. He wanted her back almost from the minute he walked away, but she's shut him out of her life as firmly as the door she closed behind him.

The problem is, life and death in Laurel Haven go hand in hand for witches of the blood, and just like Tansy, Connor's one of them. The only way to move forward is to turn and face the past head-on. Together with her new coven, Tansy will have to put all of Laurel Haven's ghosts to rest or die trying.

Excerpt 1
“More wine?” As it always had, the sound of Connor’s voice tickled a path from her ears to her center with a detour through her heart. She knew that voice in every shade it came in—quietly amused, achingly tender, ragged with need—and right now it hit notes all three.

Given the state of their marriage, she should have thanked him and turned away.

She didn’t.

He held the bottle out with that easy, lopsided smile that had once made her say yes to forever without hesitation. And maybe it was the firelight or the wine or the way his hair had gone all unruly from salt air and sweat, but he looked so damn good it made her breath catch in her throat.

“Are you trying to get me drunk so you can take advantage of me?”

“Me? Never. I’m not that kind of guy. Is that glitter in your hair?”

Leave it to him to notice. Even in the writhing shadows cast by the flickering bonfire, the man paid attention—to everything. To her. Always to her.

“Probably. I had a shift at Haven’s Rest. You can’t say you’ve really lived until you’ve witnessed a pole dancing class for seniors.”

His brow lifted and his smile deepened until it made her stomach tighten. She wasn’t imagining the warmth in his eyes. It was there—open and unguarded, like he hadn’t spent the last year trying to understand what had gone wrong between them.

“Hence the glitter?”

“Hence,” she said, nodding. “The things I’ve seen—I can’t even tell you, but I’m sure I’m scarred for life.”

“Worse than facing the Shadespawn?” Rue asked from her seat on the other side of the dwindling fire.

“Possibly. Seraphina Morgan stripped down to a thong.” Tansy took a slow sip of wine, then added, “And not just any thong. Sequined. Purple. With fringe.” She shuddered for effect. “There was choreography. And a chair involved, and I swear to every goddess that ever existed, no one who saw the performance will ever be the same.”

Poppy choked on her drink. Rue suggested a brain bleaching spell.

“Whose idea was that?” Bella wanted to know.

“No idea, but I’m telling you,” Tansy went on, “that woman hit a split that defied both her age and several laws of physics. I’m not sure if I’m horrified or deeply impressed.”

Connor snorted, clinking his cup gently against hers before taking a sip. His gaze didn’t leave her face. She felt it on her skin like a caress, soft and careful but full of memory. The glint of amusement there unraveled something small but stubborn inside her.

She remembered exactly what it would feel like to slide her tongue into that adorable dimple in his chin. It had been nearly a year since she’d let herself get close enough to her husband to want him this badly. The separation hadn’t been easy on her or him, but it had done nothing to dim the fire between them. If anything, it had made her more aware of how badly she missed what they’d had—before it all fell apart.

What are you thinking? The voice in her head was not fully hers, and it wasn’t particularly pleasant. You let him back in, you’ll hurt him again.

Rue the Slay (Laurel Haven Witches Book 1)

Three hundred years ago, four witches went into the forest to cast a spell of protection against the evil creeping into their town but they were too late.

Today, Rue Channing never sees it coming, and she should because seeing is her special power. Still, who would have expected to be kidnapped and hauled off to a small coastal town in Maine?

But that is exactly what happened. Now, Rue, a lover of order and strict routines, is dragged out of her comfort zone and into a new life in the small, coastal town of Laurel Haven.

Things could not be worse, she thinks, until she meets the man next door and decides they could. Ry McFadden is the most infuriating man on the planet. He’s a study in contrasts; grumpy yet generous, intensely private, but somehow open. Rue can’t think what to do with him, except she can, and that just makes things worse.

The problem is, Ry McFadden just might be part of Rue’s destiny as she learns she’s been brought to Laurel Haven to finish what her ancestors started.

Friends of Whitby charity shop.

“Good morning, sir. May I help you?” asked Miss Helen Procter, one of the Whitby volunteers.

“Yes, I am sure you can. I came to see Mrs Gamble, the owner of the shop. My name is Eric Pickles, and she is expecting me. I called earlier,” replied Eric, giving her a more than generous smile.

“She should be here soon. She did call, asking me to look after you,” Helen replied, offering him her hand. You must be the gentleman from Bleak House. Isn’t that the house near to where one of our delivery drivers was accidently killed in a landslide a few days ago, when the road collapsed into a disused quarry? It must have been a terrible shock for you!” she said, her eyes wanting more of him.

“Hamish, you mean. Yes, it was a shock, and I think that is why Mrs Gamble asked me if I would be so kind as to drop by the shop when I returned home from America,” replied Eric, his eyes undressing her beauty.

“Do you travel a lot? I always wanted to travel, but my mother suffers from severe muscular arthritis, so the farthest I have ever been away from Whitby is Edinburgh. My father took me there once before he passed away two years ago to see the royal yacht Brittania, which is on permanent display there at the port of Leith. That about sums up my world of travelling experiences. But you, you look like a well-travelled young man, handsome, dashing, single and desirable, I would say,” she replied, blushing and turning away from him, hiding her embarrassment.

“Thank you, that is definitely something no other woman has ever said to me before. I feel honoured, especially coming from you, a very attractive single young lady like yourself. Perhaps we will meet again somewhere more romantic on the far side of the world at some lazy bar overlooking the ocean with silver beaches where time just drifts by, cooled by a sea breeze stealing your wildest dreams and making your heart beat faster as the tide ebbs away out of reach. I read something like that in a paperback once that I bought in a WH Smith shop at the airport on one of my trips,” he replied, smiling back at her words.

“Oh my goodness me, you take my breath away talking like that. I wanted to be there with you at the bar,” she said, her words full of excitement.

“I do hope I have not offended you,” said Eric, with concern.

“Good heavens no! You have opened my Pandora’s box, and my life will never be quite the same again. What an exciting world you must live in, Mr Handsome! And please do not ask me why I have let my guard down and spoken so openly like that. That is a first for me. God, my cheeks are burning. I think we had better hope Mrs Gamble comes back soon and rescues me,” she replied, her voice choked as she desperately tried to hold back her emotions.

“Is that what you would like - to be rescued?” Eric asked, snapping back at her words.

“Goodness gracious me, no! Certainly not! I am feeling all excited,” she said, her swollen nipples showing through her paisley jumper as her emotions betrayed her thoughts. “I meant rescue myself from me, not from you!” she replied, blurting out the words, embarrassed by her own innocence.

The telltale tinkling of the shop bell announced the arrival of Mrs Gamble. Helen, her head still up there on cloud romance, or most certainly in another place, turned away from him, losing herself behind a bookcase on the other side of the shop.

“Eric, thank you for coming! Sorry I am a little late, but there are a lot of people in Whitby who knew Hamish for what he was, a generous and kind person who went out of his way to help others. He was a happy-go-lucky kind of person, well-liked by everyone and unstinting in his labours for the community, young and old. He cared about everyone and will be sadly missed.

“Now, if Helen would be so kind to put the kettle on, you and I can discuss Hamish’s replacement over a nice cup of tea and a biscuit, if that is alright with you,” she said, pleased to see him again.

“Yes, that will be fine. I really came to assure you that the funding we provide for your charity will continue to be paid as usual at the end of each month. That is the least we can do under the circumstances until you find a replacement for Hamish,” replied Eric, his thoughts somewhere else.

“Yes, that is what I wanted to talk to you about. You and Helen seemed to be getting on well together. She would have been my obvious choice, but her invalid mother needs her more than we do, unfortunately.

“Yes she told me about her mother’s illness. A shame, really, because she is a very attractive young woman trapped in circumstances that give her very little in return. I am surprised she has not been swept off her feet and married to a local boy. That would perhaps give her the freedom she desires to live a more normal life,” replied Eric, his thoughts still in another place.

“One can only live in hope. I am thinking of taking on Hamish’s deliveries myself until I can find a suitable replacement for him. Would that be acceptable to you? I do have someone in mind, but she is not available until sometime in June. A local girl, very presentable and of a good nature and responsible, which is what that position is all about. So all I can do at the moment is to remain determined and patient, I’m afraid.

A cup of tea and a malted cream biscuit later, Eric left the shop as he found it, although his thoughts were already asking him questions he could not answer.

He found himself in a situation that even his Ispirian powers could not help him with. You must never use these powers for your own personal gain, your position in life or financial standing, whispered Zacharias, as she, the woman with no name, prodded his ribs with her stick. You still have unfinished business to deal with, Mr Eric Pickles, she whispered in his ear as he left the shop and said his goodbyes. He was still asking himself what the meeting was really all about, because it was certainly not about finding a replacement for Hamish Kruger or exchanging condolences. No, there were other issues that needed his attention, he was busy telling himself.

“That, Helen, is the enemy I was telling you about, and I am sure he is the person responsible for the deaths of Liv Jenko and Hamish Kruger, two of our top field agents,” Mrs Gamble said. “Did you do as I asked and openly flirt with him, letting him believe that there was plenty more honey left in the pot where that came from?” she asked, wanting to know more about him, anything that could explain why a very good toy salesman with a Ph.D. from Cambridge University was visiting Bleak House, the home of an impoverished artist barely making a living from the sales of his non-descript canvasses. “There must be something more than friendship involved there. Does he prefer men, perhaps? That would be good blackmail bait if he were gay,” she said, with a smirk on her face wanting to hurt him.

“Well, he certainly is not gay. I can guarantee you that because he most definitely stirred my sex drive, I can tell you. I am still wearing wet silk for God’s sake! That should tell you all you need to know about his sexual preferences,” interrupted Helen, still excited by his visit.

I wonder, said Aesop, repeating her words to himself.

BOOK-3 Walking with Shadows
BOOK-4 The Revenge
★★★★★
“…an intriguing blend of political thriller with paranormal fiction, sci-fi, and romance.”

– Readers’ Favorite
It’s 2020 and our protagonist, a Mr Eric Pickles, has embarked on a coach journey when he meets the beautiful Gabrielle Smith-Rawlings. They sit together for the duration, getting acquainted, and he invites her to the house in the seaside town of Whitby in North Yorkshire where he’s staying, owned by Edith Crumble, the kind lady of the house and a dear friend of Eric’s.

Was it merely a coincidence that this beautiful young lady was on the same coach as our hero? Eric is an unassuming toy salesman, and Gabrielle works in Export and Innovations for the Department of International Trade in London. But do they, really? The readers later learn that, unbeknownst to each other, they both work for MI6 at their headquarters at Vauxhall Cross on the banks of the river Thames, and both are involved in secret programmes for the UK government.

There are several characters who all intertwine with Eric and Gabby, including Primrose Allgood, another resident of Edith’s house; Rupert Horatio Sniffles (Nighthawk), second in command to Eric (Hawk); Evelyn Trousseau (Gymslip), third in command under Rupert; Edgar Fairbanks (Eagle Eye), the head of the organization and Eric’s boss; Sir Robert Embury Jones (Fencer), Gabrielle’s boss; and many others with personal, romantic and business ties to our protagonist and his lady.
This exciting thriller contains a vicious attack on a lead character by an assassin who sacrifices her own life, the murder of a beloved character, several romances and ones in the making and plot twists that will have your head spinning.

Nothing is as it seems, as the story will take the readers on a rollercoaster of twists and turns involving several identities, nefarious plot lines and hidden dangers. It’s a book of romantic fantasy laced with espionage and mystery.

“Eric, you are a very successful toy salesman and a most valued agent of MI6 with the destiny of planet Earth in your hands wearing your clothes with my mind and gifted with an intelligence that is way beyond your wildest dreams! What you must understand, Eric, is that the Ispirian people have searched every planet in every universe in the Milky Way and beyond for tens of thousands of years searching for you, the chosen one, Aesop.”

Just when you think you have it all figured out, think again. There are 3 more books in the Aesop series, so stay tuned for more mystery and romance!

About the Author:
website
I'm Rachel Fallon. I'm 32 years old and work full time in an office arranging engineer schedules, but after work is when all the fun begins! I write, I read, I bookstagram. I absolutely love fantasy romance and will just eat up any books of it I find. I started my bookstagram because I wanted to keep track of my thoughts on the books I've read, and started doing reviews. It started to take off so I've expanded out to include special edition book and bookish merch spotlights as well a book box unboxings. I love romantasy so much in fact, that I couldn't help coming up with stories in my head all the time. I used other's fictional characters for a long time as my outlet. I received so much support and great feedback, and people encouraging me to write my own novel. I don't think I would have had the guts to chase this dream without them. I sat down and decided y'know what? I want to write a damn book. Let's do this.

Very quickly, the story and characters began coming to me. It's evolved along the way of course, but much of my base brainstorming remains true to the story now. The characters and the world were just so vivid to me right away, and I knew this had to be my focus. I do have other series ideas waiting in the wings for later, but all my love and attention is going into The Star Queen Chronicles right now. Especially book 1, Of Darkness and Ruination. I can't wait to share this with you all!

What kind of romantasy books do I love? All kinds! But my favorites series are ACOTAR, Blood and Ash + Flesh and Fire, Crowns of Nyaxia, Of Flesh and Bone, Artefacts of Ouranos, Plated Prisoner, Legends of Thezmarr, The Empyrean, The Mist King, Gods and Monsters, An Heir Comes to Rise, Nytefall, The Coven, Shadows of Tenebris, Deliciously Dark Fairytales and so many more!

Outside of books, what's there to know about me? Well, I have an adorably spoiled calico cat named Cookie Dough, since she looks like a ball of cookie dough (very original, yes). We call her Cookie, of course. I do love watching current tv shows like House of the Dragon, Wheel of Time, The Sandman, and Good Omens. I love the Marvel Cinematic Universe, especially Bucky Barnes, The Winter Soldier. I've very excited for Dune Part 2 coming up. I love the big epics like Lord of the Rings and it's so rare they come around like this! I clearly stay in a very fantasy/paranormal/romance wheelhouse even outside of books!

She loathes him.

He craves her.

But when a deadly curse threatens those they love, these reluctant allies must work together to hunt down its wielder before time runs out.

Bronwyn Kinsley helped overthrow a malicious and corrupt monarch. Now, she wants nothing more than to return to a quiet existence painting artwork in the countryside. No more pretentious court life, and definitely no more of the infuriating Malik who touched her heart and then went right back to being the flirtatious prince she swore to loathe.

But the so-called dragons, dissenters of the new monarchs’ reign, are hell-bent on preventing that peace and causing chaos within the kingdom.

Alistair (Malik) Ithael is determined to hunt down the last of the dragons and end their reign of terror. But his attempts to infiltrate their number require him to wear the careful façade of the playboy prince they expect. A guise that puts him at odds with Bronwyn, the only woman he’s ever truly wanted and one that seems to hate him more than ever.

When the dragons strike close to home and afflict Bronwyn’s sister with a deadly sleeping curse, Bronwyn and Malik must team up to save her. In doing so, Bronwyn enters the place she loathes most—high society. Because dragons live disguised in plain sight, and they’ll have to find them first. That is, if a pesky little distraction like love doesn’t get in the way.

The Artist and the Dragon is a retelling of Sleeping Beauty with themes and motifs from The Phantom of the Opera, and set in a gaslamp fantasy world akin to Bridgerton, but with magic. You can look forward to a slow burn, angst-ridden romance between two reluctant allies who harbor secret feelings for one another while trying to solve a deadly mystery.

This story is complete with a happily-ever-after and does not end on a cliffhanger.

by J.B. Warrick
Genre: M/M LGBTQ Paranormal Romance
Two rival opera singers. One vampire, one human. Both running from the past.
Oscar Acosta’s abusive ex-boyfriend is dead, and his old vampire coven is gone. Now all he cares about is winning a coveted spot with the prestigious local opera company. His stiffest competition is Trent, an adorable fellow grad student with a linebacker’s build who he is definitely not crushing on.

When Oscar’s ex turns out to be not-so-deceased, sending several vampires to kidnap him, Oscar is forced to reveal his own vampire identity to his classmate. Can he trust Trent or should he keep him at a safe distance?

Trent Erickson is on his own with no safety net. He doesn’t have time for partying, especially not with a privileged trust fund nepo baby like Oscar. Trent’s not going to let some rich flake steal his star spot onstage, even if the guy stirs up feelings in him that he doesn’t understand.

But when he witnesses three savage vamps attacking Oscar, Trent’s own hidden history rears its ugly head. After all, he knows more about fighting vampires than any human should.

The Baritone’s Rival is a 60,000-word rivals to lovers, bi-awakening, fated mates vampire romance with a guaranteed HEA and no cliffhanger. It contains an ambitious opera singer and the closed-off vampire who falls for him in spite of himself. It also has steamy scenes and the violence you might expect from a vampire story. It is a standalone novel in an interconnected series. Not suitable for readers under 18.

The Baritone’s Rival by J.B. Warrick Excerpt
Oscar retrieved a plastic bottle of alcohol and gauze pads from the island. He crouched down next to Trent. His cheek was right by the man’s broad chest.

“I don’t think you need stitches, but this is going to hurt a little.”

Trent nodded, although Oscar thought he might be drifting off. He poured a few drops of alcohol on a pad and touched it to the topmost cut.

Trent breathed in sharply, his hands gripping at the sides of the chair and his eyes snapping open.

“Fuck.”

Well, he was awake now. Oscar worked as fast as he could, but he wouldn’t risk infection. His fingers made their way across the damaged skin tenderly. Tenderness was not something Oscar had known much of, or something he trafficked in, but seeing Trent there brought it out in him.

He just wanted his classmate to be okay, for his smooth, pale skin to be unmarred by scars and injury. He had to reverse the wound, to make it as if it had never been. He didn’t know why it was so important. Trent had said he’d been in vampire fights before. Still, something about touching him like this made Oscar’s chest open up. It felt raw, unprotected, to be caring for Trent in this way.

When he hit one particularly tender area, Trent yelped in pain, and Oscar’s heart leapt into his throat. Why was he having this reaction? He wasn’t squeamish. He’d killed vampire and human alike. Was it just that he was responsible because Trent had saved his life? Every sigh and moan caused another crack in Oscar’s cool facade.

When the cuts were clean, he covered the area with a large piece of cotton gauze, holding it in place with medical tape. Oscar stepped back to admire his handiwork. Trent looked almost rugged with the bandage. It was a contrast to his innocent, midwestern face and sun-kissed skin. And it was sexy as hell.

Oscar forced away the thought. This man despised him and clearly had a thing against vampires in general. He was straight! Yet Oscar couldn’t help drinking in the sight of Trent as he relaxed against the wooden chair with his eyes closed.

“How are you feeling, Trent?” Anthony asked, startling Oscar. He hoped he hadn’t been staring for too long.

Trent’s eyes fluttered open. “Okay. The sting is duller.”
Anthony stepped toward him, reaching out to help him up.

“Good. Let’s go sit you down in the common area. I can get some ibuprofen for the pain.”
Trent grabbed Anthony’s hand and heaved himself up. As they moved to the door, Trent looked over at Oscar with a strange look on his face. A question. Did he not want to leave Oscar?
“I’ll be right there,” Oscar said. A smile sprang up unbidden at Trent’s expression. “I just need to wash your blood off my hands.”
“That is a weird thing to hear,” Trent said, chuckling low. A spark of electricity ran up Oscar’s spine at the deep, rich sound.
What was wrong with him?

As Trent and Anthony left, Oscar went over to the porcelain farmhouse sink, tossing the scraps of gauze and medical tape in the trash as he passed it. He turned on the water and held out his hands.

There wasn’t too much to wash off. The wound had dried, other than a few drips when the t-shirt was removed. A quick rinse and he was clean.

Except for the single droplet of Trent’s blood that sat on the side of the knuckle of Oscar’s right pointer finger.
He didn’t know why he did it. It was an impulse, a sudden desire with no logic or reason. After staring at the burgundy bead for a long moment, he brought his hand to his face and licked it off.

His vision blew out in a bright rainbow of color. The taste of it exploded his senses, and a thrilling tingle ran from his tongue, down his throat, and spread to every inch of his body. He was overwhelmed with the sensation.
Never mind the sweet, perfect flavor of it. Honey and clove. It was all Oscar wanted to taste for the rest of his life. The intense, thrilling assault on his senses could only mean one thing.

No. He couldn’t be Trent’s mate. Would the universe do this to him? Would fate give him a mate who despised the very idea of it? A man who wanted nothing to do with vampires? Who wanted nothing to do with him? Who probably hated him?

The Tenor’s Shadow (The Vampire Impresario Book 1)

One temperamental opera singer. One vampire bodyguard. Let the sparks and secrets fly.

Anthony wouldn’t let anything stand in his way.

His career as an operatic tenor was finally taking off, and he would be damned if he let some stalker keep him from his globe-hopping musical dreams. But he had made the mistake of telling his uncle about the threatening letters the creep had been leaving in his hotel room.

Now he was saddled with a muscle-bound bodyguard who was seriously cramping his love life, even if the guy did have a swoony accent and the perfect number of freckles. No matter what Anthony did, he couldn’t get rid of the stubborn redheaded Brit. Freddie just didn’t fit in with his glamorous life of encores and galas and schmoozing. And how did the man never sleep?

Freddie was there to do a job.

Or maybe a few. He had been content as head of security for the Hughes vampire coven in London. But now he’d been sent to America to keep his coven master’s nephew safe from the threat of a rival coven. He knew the rules. Anthony couldn’t find out about the existence of vampires, and he certainly couldn’t find out that Freddie was one. Plus, he had to manage Anthony’s demanding personality, and Freddie was painfully bad with people. And he absolutely one-hundred-percent had to keep himself from hooking up with the overbearing American.

When friction erupts into steamy passion, can Freddie and Anthony forge a relationship together? Or will Freddie’s secrets and the deadly vampires of the Azarian coven tear them apart?

The Tenor's Shadow is a 50,000-word MM vampire romance with a guaranteed HEA and no cliffhanger. It contains a strong-but-silent vampire bodyguard and the high strung opera singer that falls fast for him. It also contains steamy scenes and the violence you might expect from a vampire story. Not suitable for readers under 18.

SAMANTHA
I never thought I’d willingly walk into Hell again, but I did.
I survived and am back where I belong—at home. But Gabe, my demon-dead friend, is still missing. And the guilt is crippling me.

While I’m laughing and happy with my boyfriend, Gabe is suffering. While I’m resting and healing, Gabe is being endlessly tortured. But every plan I come up with is a suicide mission. And despite what it sometimes looks like, I’m not ready to die.

So, when my werewolf friends ask me to help their pack with a problem, there’s no way I can say no—even if I’m not ready to jump into another fight. There’s a mysterious evil the werewolves can’t track, and they need me to help them kill it.
It’s the perfect distraction. The only problem? Phoenix, a mortal, wants to go with me.

Even though he’s proven he can handle the supernatural, I can’t help but think nothing good can come from him getting an even better glimpse of how not normal my work life is. But I can’t say no to him; all I can do is pray Phoenix is still by my side when this is over.

PHOENIX
My life pre-Samantha was turmoil. Soccer career, over. Family life, devastated after the loss of my grandmother. Dating? Laughable. Every relationship fell apart because the door in my heart had been shut tight. I was unknowingly holding out for the one girl who had completely changed my world.

Samantha is it for me; my heart knew it before I did. I’d go anywhere as long as it’s with her.

But her guardian angel, Eli, said something to me that makes me think something truly terrible will happen to Samantha. And I’m not about to let that happen. I’ll do anything to keep her safe.
“I absolutely loved this book, it blew my mind…I laughed, I cried, I swooned…it’s a heartfelt epic adventure! – Sheila Kay, Author
