this was the funniest panel of the weekend. Put Painter and Davidson in the same room and watch the fireworks! Favorite quote of the whole weekend

blogger swag party
where authors came in and brought... SWAG! I still can't believe the generosity.
All the authors lined up for a pic. There was one with all the blogger and authors, but I don't know who took it or where it is.
we watched some bellydancing and then we all got some lessons. There are probably pics somewhere of me.
Vampire dinner and Ball
I want to mention the food was pretty good at all the meals included in our ticket. You guys are going to kill me, but I don't have a pic of me in my red dress all vamped out! If anyone knows where some are let me know! There were some kick ass costumes. I sat at the Jess Haines table and she might or might not have told us stuff no one knows yet... It was so cool to finally meet Jess. Got pics of her later.

Saturday signing and YA signing
this was a massive event! All the featured authors were all at their tables in the ballroom and you just hopped from table of awesome to table of awesome. I got swag, bought some books, was given some books, took lots of pics (another post) and filled up an I Smell Sheep tote bag with signatures, which will be given away on our next blogaversary.
check out the table cloth from BS Tortuga's table and check out this book series.
Lunch with authors!
one of my main goals was to meet Erin Kellison and she was as fabulous as her stories. I didn't fan girl, but I did touch her hair once... (stop judging!) She invited me to lunch with her, Erin Quinn (they were roomies) who is a pleasure to talk with, Stacey Kennedy a funny lady, and Tes Hilaire! I've met Tes before and was looking forward to seeing her again. There were also two other lucky readers who went along. We all went to the famous Old Pink House. It was so cool and had a creepy bathroom. Everyone of us had to go and use it just to experience the creepiness.

There was a cute little patio in front of the Pink House and Baaart too a seat while we waiting for Tes's wonderful husband to come and bring us back to the hotel.
Shopping
after lunch I went for a walk down the River Front and bought stuff. I didn't buy these, but had to take a pic. It is a salt and pepper shaker and it says "Making Bacon"
Elemental Dinner and Ball
this was a lot of fun. I went as Air. My kids made all the accessories/mask for my costume. Which I left at home! I had to have my oldest overnight mail it to me! Author Seressia Glass pick me as the best Air costume and I won three of her books. I didn't win best costume over all.
*then it was off to sleep while visions of porking pigs danced in my head*
Then it was time to go home.
There was a nice continental breakfast in the morning and the raffle for all the incredible gift baskets donated to raise money for a local animal shelter.
The next post is an author picture bonanza!
