After gunning down a member of the High Table -- the shadowy international assassin's guild -- legendary hit man John Wick finds himself stripped of the organization's protective services. Now stuck with a $14 million bounty on his head, Wick must fight his way through the streets of New York as he becomes the target of the world's most ruthless killers.

Went to see John Wick: Chapter 3 Parabellum with my husband and 18-year-old daughter. We've all seen the first two so going to see it was a no-brainer. If you've loved the first two then you don't want to miss this one. Each film has upped the action and violence and the pattern continues.

John Wick 3 has a crazy number of fight scenes! I mean CRAZY. Whoever choreographed the fighting deserves a flocking award. They were creative and fun.

The film has more humor then the first two. I was cringing and laughing at the same time. There were a couple of places where the movie lagged so I deducted half a sheep.

The best part, it ends with the promise of a John Wick Chapter 4!
If you enjoyed the first two then this is a must see. I suggest IMAX. There are multiple city-scape shots at night that are breathtakingly beautiful.

My whole family gives it 4.5 "consequences" Sheep

Sheep Movie Review: John Wick: Chapter 2

John Wick: Chapter 2

Written By: Derek Kolstad
Feb 10, 2017 Wide
Rating: R (for strong violence throughout, some language and brief nudity)
Cast: Keanu Reeves
Genre: Action & Adventure, Drama
Runtime: 122 minutes
Studio: Summit Entertainment

In this next chapter following the 2014 hit, legendary hitman John Wick (Keanu Reeves) is forced back out of retirement by a former associate plotting to seize control of a shadowy international assassins' guild. Bound by a blood oath to help him, John travels to Rome where he squares off against some of the world's deadliest killers.

I was a big fan of this franchise after seeing the first installment of Mr Wick. Not only do I LOVE Keanu, I also happen to really love over the top high octane action and excessive bloody violence. Yeah, I'm American, so what! Give me a good ole bang-bang shoot'em up any day of the week. John Wick deuce does not let you down! It picks your ass up and throws you against a car windshield over, and over again!

My BFF Jeni (RIP) was also a huge fan of this one and she didn't get a chance to see part two but I can pretty much guess what she would say. She would love it! It's over the top and every single NRA guilty pleasure you've been having wet dreams about. I got a girl boner a time or two, I wont lie about that! John knows how to handle any weapon and damn, but is that a turn on! Meow!!! He just does not age. Or maybe he's like Benny Button and aging in reverse.

Not only is the action freaking amazing, the story itself keeps you sucked right in to this underworld of dark and mysterious characters. I love every single twist and turn. Plus, the film leaves it wide open for the next chapter. So deal me in. Deal. Me. In!

An ex-hitman comes out of retirement to track down the gangsters that took everything from him. With New York City as his bullet-riddled playground, JOHN WICK (Keanu Reeves) is a fresh and stylized take on the "assassin genre". (C) Lionsgate

Now that is how you take out the trash! No talking, just double and triple tap. I'll go ahead an confess, something about Kenau Reeves just makes me go squeee. I love his rough breathy voice...okay back to the movie...
John Wick is one big kill-fest with very little dialogue. The movie starts with John having to bury his wife of four years. Then somebody breaks into his house beats him up steals his car and...gonna give a spoiler but you need to be prepared for this...kills his puppy. Yes, you will get misty eyed. Then it is time for retribution. The action sequences have a video game feel to them as John mows down the bad guys.
Don't get attached
Pulp action and dry wit, this movie is exactly what the trailer promises. If you are looking for character development go watch Bridget Joan's Diary. John Wick ain't about that life. He's the freaking boogieman (yeah, they actually call him that)

You can watch it on TV and not lose much, but my husband and I agree that if you enjoy the movie experience, Keanu Reeves, and revenge films then this is worth the matinee price.
