I am thrilled to be able to chat with you about these book birthdays. Releasing a book just never gets old, or less of a headrush. I’ve had 38 book birthdays so far, to date, and can’t wait for these. Getting stories told and into your hands is what this writing gig is all about. Connecting. So I do hope you’ll give them a try. 

The Blood Knight Chronicles series is in the paranormal suspense genre, where action and danger abound, and darkness hides trouble. Golden Vampire (July 2019) was the first in this series, but all of them are standalone books really.

IMMORTAL OBSESSION (book 2) is set in London, where an American newscaster on the job wants to help find three missing girls… and discovers that London is loaded with beings that aren’t quite human. My Blood Knight in this series is to die for if you like danger and legend mixed together. Christopher St.John is the lead here, and he’s a soul that has existed since the times of the Round Table, getting better and stronger as the centuries go by, and still on a quest that will tangle him up with that red-haired newscaster.

Ah… and then there are the upcoming holidays. And what would 🎃Halloween (Samhain) and 🎄Christmas be without a hard twist on those celebrations? *smiles* 

STRANGE HOLIDAY SPIRITS is a really pretty boxed set of three wickedly tweaked urban fantasy stories. Here, there are witches and werewolves in Salem, gargoyles, banshees, and angels on top of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, and a Recruiter from the Dark Side who is going after Santa Claus in New York. (Did I mention the talking elevator with attitude?) Not comedies, but a different kind of dark fare.






If you didn’t get to Notre Dame Cathedral before the fire, you can see its upper decks here, (called the Gallerie des Chimeras), and imagine what it looked like. One of the stories in this boxed set was conceived there, on that upper deck.

A long time ago, a group called the Seven was formed from seven of the best knights of the Round Table. These knights were offered immortality in order to protect a holy relic known as the Grail. 

Seven immortal knights, protectors of the Grail, will live through time until we find them now, in the current century…. in this series. Called “Blood Knights” because of the way they became immortal. If not exactly righteous, something close, with the will to protect humankind from monsters that lurk in the shadows of a modern world.

Ashlyn considers herself lucky. Her degree in behavioral sciences is a combination of psychology and sociology, so she has studied people most of her life.
