He saved me… And then he blood-bonded me. Now I’m his.

My first meeting with a Chicago vampire went better than expected.

Up until that night, all I knew about vampires was limited to a few common facts: they drink blood, they get a mean sunburn and if you find yourself alone with one, you’re dead.

Except he didn’t kill me.

Sexy, broody Warin clearly had his own reasons for sparing my life and tying me with his blood, but if he’d known how much trouble I’d attract, I bet he wouldn’t have bothered. When he blood-bonded me, secrets even I didn’t know about myself came to light.

Secrets that will pull us both deep into the eternal war between vampires and the witches determined to rid the world of their evil.

We have only one choice now: fight the forces hell-bent on breaking our bond…

Or die.

Getting 4 and 1/2 Sheep
Holy vampires batman, this book was so damn good! Book one of this awesome new PNR series really kicked off with a big bang! (and bang they do!) What a vampire dream for me!

These two characters really had that magical thing that makes them totes believable. They sparked and bubbled as their relationship builds at an awesome pace. Some really witty banter between the pair adds to the overall affection I genuinely started to develop for the couple. This PNR pumps you with a really well-executed backstory, and while I didn't read the prequel beforehand I absolutely will now.

While I normally like a lot more action and adventure in my stories, the comedic elements kept me totally entertained and wanting to read more. Maybe one of the top 3 vampire romances I've read this year, going to recommend this one to those that like a solid romance with some belly laughs.

Liv didn’t stay in one spot too long. She had been in Chicago for four months now and was enjoying working at Dark Dreams. She had made a few friends and was getting by until her life was suddenly turned upside down. I knew that vampires existed I just didn’t know much about them other than they drank blood, had a sun allergy and would kill you if given the chance.

Sometimes when I am set to review a book if it’s really delayed I don’t always read it because I move onto the next book I want to read, in this case, the wait was well worth it.

The main character, Liv was so relatable. She was down to earth, stubborn, difficult and just all around a great woman. Warin was your typical vampire; beautiful, brooding, neanderthal-like and has a saviour complex. If you are a person who does not like foul language than this is not the book for you but I have to say it really added depth to Liv and allowed me to see who she really was. The sex in this book was hot, hot, hot!! Once again, if you are more into the make love type of sex scenes this is not for you if you like the down and dirty, passionate and all around just great sex than you will not want to miss this!
