The First Book in the USA Today Bestselling Series

Sasha has been different her whole life. She sees things in the shadows that no one else can see. But it isn't until a mishap on the wrong side of town that she meets him.

The Boss.

A powerful, primal being that enforces his own set of rules. Scorching hot and wickedly deadly, he takes what he wants. And he wants her.

As a new world unfolds around her, Sasha discovers that not all secrets stick to the shadows. The Boss has brought out a magic in her that is centuries lost, and greatly needed.

Her struggle isn't just to stay alive. It's also against her desire to flirt with danger.

***Warning: 18+ for graphic sexual situations and darker themes. Read the reviews. This book might not be for you. The "vampires" do not follow societal rules or have any love for humans. It shows. While that will be addressed and their culture changed in later books, be prepared for the ride.
The Darkness Series:Into the Darkness
Braving the Elements
On a Razor's Edge
The Council
Shadow Watcher

Sasha has always been able to see things
hiding in the shadows that other people don’t. She usually keeps it to herself, so she doesn’t end up in the loony bin but when trouble starts following her, she wants to know why.

Sasha and Stefan are both drawn to each other in ways that neither of them understands. Stefan is in charge of his territory and doesn’t have time to bother with a human but every time he turns around Sasha is there, doing unbelievable things that draw him closer to her. Even though Sasha has a boyfriend, she finds herself thinking of Stefan and wanting to be with him.

This book has some very graphic sexual situations and dark situations so if that isn’t your thing then this is not the series for you. If that doesn’t bother you then this is a good series. It has monsters, myths, trouble, and sex which makes a good combination.
