Hello Sheepsters… Happy April Fool’s Day, and thanks a lot for joining me to celebrate my 28th book’s birthday today. Whoo-hoo. I mean, who doesn’t love a birthday? (Let’s have cake!)
For this birthday, I’d like to introduce you to “Immortal Redeemed,” my latest paranormal romance/ urban fantasy novel in the Blood Knight series for Nocturne. This series is really special to me because I am such a King Arthur fan.
I had no idea until recently that some of Arthur’s knights were so beautiful, as well as undefeated in battle, because they were immortal. I found out after meeting a few of them in our current century. So I’ve been writing about what they are up to now . . . these guys I thought were just legends, in tales.
Wow…
They are here. Now. Among us. Seven of them.
“Immortal Redeemed” is one of those immortal knight’s story.
My book follows Galahad (now going by the name of Kellan Ladd) as he pursues a quest of his own that brings him to the States, to Seattle.
Lucky us! Who knew?
Kellan Ladd is of the tall, strong and dreamy flavor. He is a sexy Harley-riding immortal who hasn’t forgotten the oaths he once took. A vigilante, as are the other six members of his Blood Knight brotherhood. Oaths that began with “Might for Right” in the days of old, have morphed into a promise to protect mortals from things that hide in the shadows. Now. Today. And Kellan is very good at doing so. Trust me on that.
What got my excitement fired up was finding out what happens when immortals like these guys get tired of their unending existence, and that they do. Immortals must be lonely, out of necessity, when the years and centuries pass them by. Right? Do they constantly long for the warmth of companionship they can never have? That last thought broke my heart.
How would a Blood Knight like Kellan Ladd end his long existence, if he wanted to? Is there an off-switch for just such a need as his?
Well, I found out the answer, and tell you in this book. Kellan Ladd’s story. Galahad’s story. “Immortal Redeemed.”
*Every now and then an author has a favorite story to write. I’m really excited to say that “Immortal Redeemed” is a favorite of mine. I’m thrilled that reviewers are agreeing with Top picks and many stars. Maybe Kellan’s plight strikes a chord in those of us who believe the tales and the search for meaning in our own lives. We might search for love, believing it’s out there, even if we haven’t found it yet.
I’m very happy to share “Immortal Redeemed” to you, and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
I’d love to hear from you. Really.
P.S. Blood Knights rock!
Cheers mates, for now…
Linda

Only one woman holds the key to ending a Blood Knight's eternal life…
Immortal Kellan Ladd has spent centuries looking for the one woman who can put an end to his immortality. But that woman has no idea of her monumental task. Or how much this rebel knight's attraction to her will complicate his mission.
The leather-clad, Harley-riding stranger was the sexiest man McKenna Randall had ever met. From the minute they touched, she knew they were connected. Now she's about to find out just how tightly bound they are when they must go head-to-head with a nest of deadly vampires.
