The best intentions often come back to haunt you. MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - FALLOUT finds Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team (Alec Baldwin, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames) along with some familiar allies (Rebecca Ferguson, Michelle Monaghan) in a race against time after a mission gone wrong. Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, and Vanessa Kirby also join the dynamic cast with filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie returning to the helm.

Went to see Mission Impossible - Fallout with my husband and 17-year-old daughter. My daughter has never cared for the Mission Impossible movies. She thinks they move too slow. And this one was no different to her.

My husband and I thought it was entertaining. It is over the top crazy...Ethan Hunt survives things no human can. The Mission Impossible movies are more like superhero movies. Hell, Superman (Henry Cavill) is in it! Looking good too.

If you've enjoyed the previous MI movies then you will love this one. I'm not a Tom Cruise fan, but he makes a great Ethan Hunt. And Simon Pegg and Ving Rhames always make me laugh. The big special effects are great for the big screen and MI is worth a matinee price.

3.75 "Really impossible" Sheep

  1. Believe it or not I haven't seen any of them in full. If I did I don't remember doing it.

  2. lol. They must not hold your interest. They can drag a bit, but the endings are always action packed with unbelievable stuff happening to Ethan Hunt.

  3. I'm a hardcore Mission Impossible fan, and was disappointed that Jeremy Renner passed because of other obligations. I have all the DVD's, and still watch them all over and over again.(lol) Will he do another one, and continue to do his own stunts is the question, but I really enjoyed all the action and the very cute Henry Cavill too. Great review! Hugs...RO

    1. I love over the top action. Though I complain about how ridiculous it is, I still come back for more :) And what an ending for the bad guy...ouch...that is gonna leave mark ;)
