Sony Pictures After making their way through high school (twice), big changes are in store for officers Schmidt (Jonah Hill) and Jenko (Channing Tatum) when they go deep undercover at a local college. But when Jenko meets a kindred spirit on the football team, and Schmidt infiltrates the bohemian art major scene, they begin to question their partnership. Now they don't have to just crack the case - they have to figure out if they can have a mature relationship. If these two overgrown adolescents can grow from.

*giggle, snort* I'm still laughing. This was a hilarious movie. Jonah Hill and Channing (OMFG) Tatum have great comedic chemistry. We took our 13 year old daughter and she loved it too. It is rated R for language. One of the funniest scenes is when Tatum is running around the 22 Jump Street shouting the F-word over and over. Can't tell you why because it is one of the biggest Oh Snap! moments of the movie. Some of the funniest scenes are during the ending credits.
Do you need to see it on the big screen to enjoy it? No, comedy is funny no matter where you see it, but if you are looking for something to do to avoid the summer heat and have fun with some friends then this is a must.

  1. While I love Channing Tatum, I doubt I'll watch this movie. I don't like comedies. Just can't get into them at all.

    1. if you didn't like the trailer then you wouldn't like the movie. I love these type of comedies. I was laughing so loud the teenage boys near us kept shooting me dirty looks There was a point in the movie where the crowd actually clapped.

  2. Dang! I was hoping you would say it was lame. Not that I don't love Channing Tatum, but I'm a bit miffed to hear that he's who they've considered for Gambit in one of the upcoming X-Men movies (and I loved Taylor Kitsch...who I thought captured the "aura" of Gambit). Now I'm going to have to go with hubby to see this movie. He's dying to go.
