Christmas Wonder Blog Hop

I like to donate to local charities. Especially food banks. I have kids in the public school system and I've seen children whose only good meal each day is the school lunch. I know giving to a local food bank directly helps the families in my area.

    We like to donate to places like the local abuse shelters and to our local food banks. Local so that we know our community is reaping the benefits.

    Our public library, lions club(they provide eyeglasses and scholarships), local women and children' shelter, local pet shelter and the Shriners.

    I donate to soldiers through such organizations as Anysoldier.com, Soldiers' Angels and Operation Paperback, support the local battered women's shelter and the local libraries. Thanks for the giveaway!

    My favorite charity is www.cheerfulgivers.org. This is a charity that cares about a child having something on their birthday! Our homeschool volunteers all year round online and in person for this charity! Check them out if you are interested.
